At Explore Central Texas, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Digital Downloads

All digital products, such as eBooks, software, or downloadable content, are non-refundable once they have been successfully downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions:

  • If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the download, please contact us at info@explorecentraltx.com within 7 days of purchase. We will assist with troubleshooting or provide a replacement file.

Please Note:

  • We cannot issue refunds for change of mind after a digital product has been downloaded.

  • Be sure to review all product descriptions and details before completing your purchase.

Physical Merchandise

For all physical merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at info@explorecentraltx.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email address] with details and pictures of the damage.
